 Membership Terms and Conditions

  • Memberships are on a calendar month by month commitment, you may cancel at anytime with a written 30 day notice.

  • Memberships are automatically billed to your credit card on file between the 28th-31st of each month to insure membership continuance for following month.

  • Membership treatments and benefits is not transferable or sharable.

  • If card on file is declined an invoice will be sent with an $25 handling fee, and membership will be suspended until payment is made and new card on file is submitted.

  • If you choose to cancel your membership for any reason, you may not renew membership for 6 months.

  • Please note: Membership treatments do not roll over. All appointments are subject to availability, Pre-scheduling is highly recommended to insure you receive date/time and therapist of preference each month.

  • No-Show for scheduled appointment will result in loss of treatment for that calendar month.

  • Memberships can be started at any time during the month, with treatments and benefits effective immediately for that month. No discount will be offered for partial month though.

  • Member discounts may not be combined with other discounts, promotions or packages and are not valid for gift card purchases.

  • Membership dues cover the cost of monthly treatments only. Gratuity to your therapist is still MUCH appreciated.

  • Membership benefits, rates or terms subject to change with 30 day notice to members.
